Terms & Conditions

Terms for Custom Items:  Custom items are made after they are ordered, and do not ship immediately.  Please see Delivery Information for more details. Custom-designed items are made on a first-in, first-out basis. When you submit an order for a customized pouch, you are agreeing to purchase that item as designed. Custom dicepouches are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part. Please contact dicepouch via e-mail if your custom made item(s) are not as ordered, and we will make it right.  We pay for return shipping when we have shipped you an item in error or the item was not made accurately. Essentially, if it's our mistake, we'll fix it.

Terms for Ready-made Items: Ready-made items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price if the items are in the original condition, undamaged, and with all parts accounted for. Shipping will not be refunded.

Custom Embroidery Terms: TheBagLady will contract with you to create embroidery from your original art, provided you own the copyright of the item and can authorize dicepouch to use the art in this way. If you do not own the image, dicepouch will attempt to contact the copyright holder on your behalf to acquire authorization for use. We respect copyright law and the rights of artists and companies to protect the use of their art and logos and will not make embroidery designs from protected material without consent of the copyright holder.

Domestic Shipping: If your shipment is lost in transit, we will work with you and the USPS to track it down. If an item is damaged during shipping, we will work with you and the USPS to get a refund for the insured value and distribute that to you. To protect your items during shipment, dicepouch offers complimentary insurance on all parcels shipped within the United States via USPS mail to a value of $50. Orders needing additional insurance above $50 will have insurance fees added to the order via an increased cost on shipping. All domestic shipping is insured, without exception.

International Shipping: If your shipment is lost in transit, we will work with you and the USPS to track it down. International parcels sent via First Class International service are not insured. To discuss insuring an international order, please contact us directly before placing your order.

All offered embroidery designs are owned by the respective Licensing entities/ pattern owners. We do not sell embroidery design patterns, all embroidery is sold as a finished, stitched product, be it on a pouch, tote, hat or as a patch.
